Featuring smoked meats, including; ribs, brisket, chicken, Pork, and Steak. Home of the county's largest smoker and first place winner of the Monterey County Fair Chili Cook-off in 2005. Cancellation Policy:
48-hour cancellation notice is required for individual reservations. However, some special events require a 30-day advance payment and cancellation. Groups are subject to quoted cancellation.
Pets Welcome:
We do allow pets, however they must be registered and only in our "pet friendly rooms".
- We accept cats, dogs and other species.
- Pet rooms are located in one building only (two-Queen bed rooms only).
- Pets are required to have supervision at all times.
- There is no size restriction, we are proud to have hosted "Gibson" the world's tallest dog in 2006.
- Pets must be removed from room for housekeeping.
- A non-refundable daily fee of $20.00 is required.
Monterey City's dog safety laws: 1) Dogs are prohibited in all parks with the exception of El Estero, Veteran's Memorial, along the Coastal Trail and on beaches east of Wharf II. 2) When in public areas, all dogs must be on a leash that cannot exceed six feet in length. 3) Dog owners are required to pick up their dog's droppings. Due to serious health risks we must maintain our pet free rooms, free of animal dander, a $100.00 cleaning fee is imposed for unregistered pets.
